Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactI have to say, Its a brilliant picture, I like the long exposure effect with the ND filter. The colours of the sky and the sun ray in the distance are breath taking, very dramatic . the general composition of the picture is great.
I would have exposed the picture a pit more to get the (pulled) cloud effect.
Have you considered trying to change the picture in to B/W and increasing the exposure . I'd say it would look really good.
